Welcome to SQWEIRDO's professional 3D modeling services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services and establish the legal relationship between you ("Client") and SQWEIRDO ("Service Provider").

Important Notice

By engaging our services, commissioning work, or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all 3D modeling services including but not limited to character modeling, environment design, UGC creation, and asset optimization for games, films, and digital platforms.

SQWEIRDO provides professional 3D modeling services including:

Character Modeling

High-quality character designs for games and animations

Vehicle & Boat Modeling

Detailed transportation assets and maritime vessels

UGC Accessories

Custom accessories and items for avatar platforms

Environment Assets

Props, buildings, and environmental elements

Technical Specifications

All models are created using industry-standard software including Blender, Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Suite. Final deliverables are optimized for your specific platform requirements.

Payment Terms

Transparent pricing and payment structure

Pricing Structure

All projects are quoted based on complexity, timeline, and specific requirements. Base pricing starts at $15 USD / 3000 Robux for simple models.

Payment Schedule

• 50% Upfront: Required before project commencement
• 50% On Completion: Due upon final delivery and approval

Late Payment Policy

Projects will be paused if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. A 5% late fee may be applied to overdue payments.

Revisions & Changes

Modification and feedback process

Included Revisions

Up to 3 minor revisions are included in the base price for texture adjustments, color changes, and small detail modifications.

Additional Revisions

$5 USD per additional revision for minor changes. Major structural changes may require a new project quote.

Major Changes

Significant design changes that alter the original scope require discussion and may incur additional charges based on complexity.

Ownership & Rights

Intellectual property and usage rights

Client Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full commercial usage rights for the delivered 3D models and associated assets.

Portfolio Usage

SQWEIRDO retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

Original Work

All models are original creations. Clients are responsible for ensuring their projects don't infringe on existing copyrights.

Resale Restrictions

Clients may not resell the raw 3D files as standalone assets without explicit written permission.

Cancellation Policy

Project termination and refund terms

Early Cancellation (Within 24 hours)

Full refund available if project hasn't commenced. 90% refund if initial concept work has begun.

Mid-Project Cancellation

50% refund available. Client receives all work completed up to cancellation point.

Late Cancellation (>75% complete)

No refund available. Full payment required. Client receives completed work.

Limitation of Liability

Service limitations and responsibilities

SQWEIRDO provides 3D modeling services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the fitness for any particular purpose beyond the agreed project specifications.

Service Limitations

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project briefs and ensuring legal compliance of their intended use.

Technical Support

Basic technical support is provided for 30 days post-delivery for file format issues.
